Dansac has published The Anatomical Stoma Chart – a very useful tool for nurses to ease their patient briefings prior to stoma surgery. The Stoma Chart contains 8 detailed anatomical charts, covering aspects such as surgical incision, abdominal muscles and the digestive system.
Separate note pads (A5 format) are available for individual indication of suture line and drain sites, stoma placement and anatomical bowel overview.
